Modern place, it has superbly friendly staff who then contacted management. Whatever you need is this big room with great interior design, a garden view, for instance.

Amazing experience! The spacious apartment featured a fully-equipped kitchen which was perfect for smoothie enthusiasts. Daily yoga classes and a fine rooftop pool made relaxation effortless. The bartender was a highlight. Just a heads up, the access roads are bumpy, so plan accordingly!

Location is good.
No complains at all, overall it's modern place with dedicated staff who then contacted management. The atmosphere of the hotel is special. Would come here again, the property met what we needed...

greatly enjoyed every minute of being there, recommend. the room was brand-new, with good view, had free wi-fi, super-friendly and amazingly nice staff. the atmosphere created was special. the hotel's location was marvellous, adjacent to supermarkets and the beach. besides, the property was 4 km away from cenote crystal museum.

The cleaning frequency must be improved!!! Having to request for basic sanitation services is unacceptable!!! The shower pressure could use a serious upgrade. A steady stream would be nice, not a sad drip!!!

It was just a great match for a transient stop in Tulum with very good value for money. The rooftop pool area was lovely to relax after a day out. Try to rent a scooter or bike for easier access around the area.
